All these techniques are used to reduce pain and improve flexibility/movement. Body Business is dedicated to preventative care and incorporates advice on diet, exercise and general health into your session. About
Body Business is owned by Helen Travis. Helen is a Registered Remedial Massage Therapist with Massage New Zealand and Southern Cross Health Insurance.
Helen gained her Diploma in Therapeutic Massage from Wellpark College of Natural Therapists in 1999. At the same time she also obtained her Diploma in Holistic Sports Therapy and became certified in Aromatherapy. Helen has been based on the Auckland's North Shore for the last 30 years, after emigrating from the UK.
